Location: A modern, fully air-conditioned, ground-floor apartment, just a seven minute stroll down to Burriana Beach, a ten minute slow walk up, and a fifteen minute walk from the lively old town. Built on a lower hillside, facing south-west, catching the sun on the balcony from mid-morning to sunset, with the front patio getting the sun from early morning. It's fully equipped as a 'home from home', all-year property. The layout can be seen on our Floorplan.
Sleeps 6: 108 sq.m., sleeping six in comfort with three bedrooms. Master bedroom (with king-size double bed). Fitted wardrobes in the master bedroom and the larger of the twin bedrooms. Free standing wardrobe in the third bedroom. There is a safe in the main bedroom, plus air con units, bedside tables, lamps, ceiling fans and hairdryers in all the bedrooms.
Living Room: Two comfortable sofas around a coffee table, plus a dining table with seating for six. 32" wide-screen TV, but bring a 'Firestick' for UK channels. Air con unit, DVD player, radio/CD, sideboard with books, magazines and playing cards. Attractive rugs on tiled floors throughout, plus various extras including an iron, ironing board, drying frame and portable cooling fans. The reversible air con units supply heating in all rooms for the colder months, as well as convector heaters. Double UK powerpoint with USB charging facility. Secure wireless broadband.
Fitted Kitchen: Re-fitted in 2021 - Full-size oven with extractor, four-plate ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, full height fridge/freezer, plus a fire extinguisher and fire blanket.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom for the main bedroom, with walk-in shower, sink and W.C.
Next door is a second bathroom with bath, shower attachment, sink and W.C.
Pool, Balcony & Front Terrace: It has a 12.25 sq.m. half-covered balcony with a retractable canopy sunshade, overlooking the communal pool, as in our photo. At the front, the small paved patio area of 16 sq.m. is ideal for a sunny breakfast. Table with six chairs, plus two sunbeds on the balcony, with more sunbeds around the pool, which are for all 'Community' users. The pool depth is between 0.9m and 2.0m and is open from 1st May to 31st October. The secured pool area has a shower unit, toilet facilities, plus the required safety features and notices.
What's Included: Linen, hand/bath towels, electricity, everything except large beach/pool towels. Our local British agent will supply a 'Welcome Pack' on arrival and be on hand to ensure a trouble-free stay. A cot and high chair can be arranged at no additional cost.
Miscellaneous: Availability of a car might be useful, but not essential, unless you are planning excursions. Ample free parking, without yellow lines, on the quiet road immediately outside.
