Location: One of a 'Community' of three detached modern villas in the 'Nerja Golf' region of the resort. Built on the crest of a hill, never to be overlooked, it affords wonderful all round views of the area, which can be seen from our panoramic movie. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, therefore with no through traffic, but readily accessible to the lively old town.
Sleeps 6: At over 100 sq.m. and fully air-conditioned, it sleeps six in comfort with three bedrooms, one double with king-size bed and Juliet balcony, plus two twin bedrooms (one downstairs). There is a safe in the main bedroom, plus fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans, hairdryers, bedside tables and lamps in all the bedrooms. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room. Large storage cupboard under the stairs, suitable for suitcases, etc.
Living Room: Two very comfortable sofas around a coffee table. Dining area with table and chairs for six, twin ceiling fans, 32" wide-screen HD-TV (but bring a 'Firestick' for UK channels), DVD, radio/CD, sideboard with books, magazines and playing cards. Wireless broadband included (approx. 10Mb+). Double UK powerpoint with USB charging facility. Attractive rugs on tiled floors, plus various extras including an iron, ironing board and drying frame. In the colder months, the reversible air con. units supply the heating. Wide marble staircase with handrails and walls decorated with large Picasso prints.
Fitted Kitchen: Full size oven, four-plate ceramic hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, full height fridge/freezer, plus all the usual electrical accessories, as well as a fire extinguisher and fire blanket.
Bathrooms: Upstairs bathroom with room-width walk-in shower cubicle and twin-head unit, sink and W.C. Downstairs shower room with twin-head shower unit, sink and W.C.
Pool and Terraces: All year 24 sq.m. gated, secure private pool, 1.2m to 1.9m deep. Four curved corner steps into the pool at the shallow end. Wall-mounted lifebuoy ring. Large 85 sq.m. terrace with two retractable sunshades, sunbeds, table, umbrella and six comfortable chairs, built-in barbecue and exterior sink. Upstairs balcony with a table and four chairs, plus a retractable sunshade. Spectacular panoramic views right across Nerja, Maro, the Sea and the Mountains.
What's Included: Linen, hand/bath towels, electricity, everything except large beach/pool towels. Our local British agent will supply a 'Welcome Pack' on arrival and be on hand to ensure a trouble-free stay. A cot and high chair can be arranged at no additional cost.
Miscellaneous: Secure external pedestrian walkway shared with two other villas. Security grills fitted on all windows and doors. Ten minutes walk down to Burriana Beach, five minutes drive into the old town and a five minute walk from the nearest big supermarket. Availability of a car might be useful, but not essential, unless you are planning excursions. There is ample parking, without yellow lines, on the quiet cul-de-sac road outside.
