walk from Burriana Beach and seven minutes from the lively
old town, via road or the pedestrian walkway. Comprehensively

beds and linen, re-tiling, re-plastering and re-wiring
throughout. Air conditioning in the living room and all
three bedrooms.
Sleeps
6/7:
It sleeps seven maximum, with three bedrooms - one double
with king-size bed, one with two singles and one with
up to three singles, or a sofa bed in the living room.
Fitted wardrobes in the master bedroom and the second
bedroom. Free standing small wardrobe in the twin third
bedroom downstairs, accessed by a narrow staircase with
non-slip tiles. There is a safe in the main bedroom, plus
bedside tables in all the bedrooms.
Living Room: Comfortable seating for
seven, with a three-seater sofa and two two-seater sofas
surrounding a coffee table. 32" wide-screen HD-TV
(but bring a 'Firestick' for UK channels), plus a DVD
player. The dining table seats six people. The sideboard
has books, magazines, playing cards, jigsaw puzzles, etc.
Various extras including iron, ironing board and drying
frame. In the colder months, the reversible air con. units
supply the heating. Secure wireless broadband
included. Double UK powerpoint with USB charging facility.
Fitted Kitchen: Full-size oven, four-plate ceremic
hob, extractor, microwave/grill, washing machine, dishwasher,
full height retro fridge/freezer, plus all the usual electrical
extras, as well as a fire extinguisher and fire blanket.
Bathrooms: Main bathroom with a walk-in shower
incorporating a twin-head shower unit, handbasin, and
W.C. Downstairs, opposite the third bedroom, is a shower
room with twin-head shower, handbasin and W.C. Hairdryers
in both bathrooms.
Pool and Terraces: All year-round 24 sq.m. gated,
secure private pool, with Roman steps and hand rail at
the shallow end, where it is half a metre deep, sloping
to around 1.9m. maximum. Wall-mounted lifebuoy ring. The
split-level terrace has a table and six chairs, six sunloungers,
a built-in barbecue and additional seating on the small
top terrace. Non-slip pool surround tiles.
What's Included: Linen, hand/bath towels,
electricity, everything except large beach/pool towels.
Our British agent will supply a 'Welcome
Pack' on arrival and be on hand to ensure a trouble-free
stay. A cot
and high chair can be arranged at no additional cost.
Miscellaneous: Security grills on all
external windows and doors, lockable gates secure all
the 'Alamar' Urbanisation. Views across to the mountains,
Burriana Beach and the sea. A car is really only required
for excursions, for which there is free parking at the
end of the drive.
