We
accept payments via the credit or debit cards providers listed
below, with no card charges. We are unable to
accept Diners Club or American Express.
A deposit by credit card protects all your payments under Section
75 of the 1974 Consumer Credit Act, even if the
balance payment is subsequently paid by debit card, cheque
or bank transfer. Visa debit cards also offer the same protection
under the Visa charge back scheme. You may need to register
with the '3D secure code' system, an extra layer
of security, either with 'Mastercard SecureCode' or 'Verified
by Visa'. We also accept payments via 'MasterPass', Mastercard's
online wallet system. NO CARD DETAILS ARE ENTERED OR HELD ON
OUR WEBSITE.
Before paying a deposit,
or the full rental in the case of a late booking, check first
that we are holding the property in your name. On our PAYMENT
FORM page, please complete the amount and registered card
address (which does not have to be the same as your booking
form), as well as the drop-down boxes for the property name
and arrival date.
The 'GO TO WORLDPAY' link will go direct to the secure 'Worldpay
Cardsave' server, where you enter your card details. After your
3D code has been authenticated by 'Worldpay', you must click
'Confirm Order'. If the transaction has been successful, you
will receive an email saying 'Authorised' with an authorisation
reference. After clicking 'Confirm Order', some computers or
smartphones may show a warning or blank page. It is safe to
click 'return anyway', but either choice means your transaction
has been successful. We have no knowledge of your personal financial
information, giving you maximum security under data protection.
